Right: The left side shows the femur with parts of high radiodensity, indicating an inflammatory process. The tibia on the right side shows intensive osteolysis of the compact bone on the anterior part and increased signal intensity in the remaining compact bone, consistent with inflammatory involvement (edited with OsiriX v.5.5.2).
