The texture of the over-paint appears clearly on the IR (“Non IR transparent over-paint texture: adding an inpainting step” section). Bottom left: using the method of “Over-paint with IR transparent texture” section, the texture of Adam’s skirt still appears clearly. Bottom center: we manually draw the underlying sketch and enforce pure diffusion on Adam’s skin. It leads to a complete loss of texture. Bottom right: after the inpainting step, the result looks more natural
