Quantification of calcareous nannofossils from the micro-sample MS16 disaggregated by the two micro-emulsions ME1 and ME2 at 20 °C or at 70 °C (“ME1-20” = Micro-emulsion 1 at 20 °C or “H2O-70” = Micro-emulsion 1 at 70 °C). A problem was encountered with ME1-20 smear slides, where 0 nannofossils were counted. We interpreted it as a preparation issue and not related to nannofossils dissolution according to the other results. The disaggregation of MS16 with water showed 0% of nannofossil, and is therefore not shown in the graphic. The ratio of whole and broken nannofossils in the sample is expressed as the percentage of whole nannofossils. Ref is the value of this ratio in the original rock material
