The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article because an investigation by the Publisher has found a number of articles, including this one, with concerns relating to peer review process and ethics approval. The author did respond to a request from the publisher to provide the raw data that are analysed in this article and provide documentary evidence of approval from an ethics committee, but the response was found unconvincing. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the results and conclusions presented in this article. The author did not respond to correspondence from the Editor about this retraction.
