  1. The closeness of agreement was computed as the mean percentage deviation from the expected value for the mean of 11 independently prepared reference solutions. For the LOD and LOQ, nblanks = 10. For the calculations of the closeness of agreement, LOD and LOQ, deviant values were discarded according to the ISO-recommended Grubbs’ test with P = 0.05 [44]
