The distribution of ICHMs in Xiangxi. There are four batches of provincial and national ICHMs, and nine batches of municipal ICHMs. The fourth to ninth batches of municipal ICHMs were approved after 2012, which was the same time as the fourth batch of provincial and national ICHMs. Therefore, the fourth to ninth batches of municipal ICHMs were combined for the sake of comparison. In addition, the overlaps are not removed as the national, provincial and municipal ICHMs are analyzed separately, the same as Fig. 3, 5 and 6
